We strive for great customer service, bringing your gear ideas to life, and having the happiest of customers. We will do everything in our power to fairly resolve any issues that arise. As a small business, we are not granted the same luxuries as large corporations for returns, exchanges, or product confusion. We have tried making product descriptions clear and easy to understand. If there’s additional questions regarding products, please reach out to us under the “Contact” tab so we can further discuss. We are also happy to give custom pricing and offer more than what’s listed on the site since those are just the main ticket items.

Canceling Orders

Orders can be canceled within three business days from the time it was placed. Materials are sometimes ordered by order for custom made items. Once the three days have passed, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. It will go out as scheduled. Canceling items or disputing through your bank without talking to me about first can cause you to be blocked and not allowed to reorder from my shop.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not permitted at any time. Maker error is the only time or reason an item can be returned or exchanged. Ordered the wrong size? Please send an email as soon as possible. If the order has already been made, it will go out as is. Each item being made to order makes returns extremely difficult.

Refunds

Refunds are not permitted beyond maker error. If you send an item back or refuse a package for return, you will not be refunded. If it is maker error, we will remake the items to resolve the issue. If you do not want a remake, you will be refunded 75% of the order cost at max.

Reselling

Reselling custom items through our shop is permitted, but only at the cost your purchased it for, not including the price of shipping. Selling our items as your own will get you banned from future ordering. Reselling our items for more than what you paid will also get your banned. If you’re unsure about the price you paid or if you can list an item, please email me for cost or confirmation. In some instances, we are happy to buy our items back and see how the use has worn on them to help us further knowledge of our products.
